Yggdrasil Kettlebell Clan trains exclusively out of Undisputed Fitness and Training Center in Tucson Arizona.
All classes have 5 parts and run between 45-60 minutes long.
We start with a general warm up. This will be a short 5 or so minutes of rowing machine or treadmill, just something to warm the body.
We move on to more specific movements and joint mobilizations to prepare the specific joints and muscles needed for that days activities. This may include Yogic movements, stretches, band work or kettlebell mobility. This section is about 10 minutes long.on about this item
Technique training. This is where we spend a little time going over the actual moves we need for that day. Making sure every one has their own scales versions of the movement for their level. This section is 5-15 minutes long.
The actual workout itself. Sometimes called the WOD or workout of the day. This part is typically 15-25 minutes long.
The cool down/stretching section. In this section we will have everything to start our recovery from the workout. Things like foam rolling and stretching to dedicated breath work. This section is 5-15 minutes long
